To create a new email account

Log in to your web hosting control panel at http://yourdomain.co.nz/cpanel
Replace yourdomain.co.nz with your actual domain name

Click on the Add / Remove E-mail account(s) Link

In the Email field type the name of the email address to be created e.g johnsmith.
If you manage more than one domain, make sure to select the appropriate domain from the pull-down menu.

In the Password field type the password you want for the email account.

In the Password (again) field retype the password.

In the Mailbox Quota field enter the mailbox size limit in MB.
The quota defines how much hard drive space the account will be allowed to use. Typically we recommend 100.

Click Create Account.
